ReZcare Reports

Full Suite of High-Level and In-Depth Reports

Each ReZcare system installed can generate event summary reports for management use.

ReZcare Reports, however, is an optional software module available for providers seeking more in-depth views of the system operation history. ReZcare Reports also has a scheduling feature, so reports generated can be scheduled for automatic delivery via email to management staff.

In addition to scheduled reports, ad-hoc reports can be run for “what happened at 3 p.m. yesterday” scenarios. To simplify the setup and management of reports, groups can be created to organize rooms/locations. For example, all of the rooms on a wing can be organized into the “East Wing” group for reporting purposed.

Activity/Performance Reports

  • List of average response times per day- are there days where we are having slower response times?

This report is commonly used to prepare a list of rooms to visit if a resident has not checked-in by the daily check-in time.

Report Delivery

ReZcare reports can run both ad-hoc and scheduled reports. Ad-hoc reports are commonly run to review a scenario or event that occurred in the facility. For example, an ad-hoc report can be run to see all activity for a specific room for a day or a week. This report will show all calls, the notifications sent, and the response time for each call. This can be used to illustrate the activity volume for a specific resident.

Most adhoc reports can be filtered by these criteria:

  • Date/Time
  • Event type
  • Resident/Patient name
  • Location

In addition to ad-hoc, reports that are run regularly can be scheduled to be run and delivered automatically via email. All of the above management reports can be scheduled to run daily, weekly or monthly and delivered at any time of day to an unlimited number of recipients. Reports are delivered as PDF Files. The scheduled reports are commonly used by the management team to monitor call volume and response times to assure that there is adequate staff coverage for the facility.

Most scheduled reports can be filtered by these criteria:

  • Date range
  • Time range or shift
  • Minimum response time
  • Group (a group of rooms or locations)
  • Event types (bed call, elopement, etc.)
  • Location (rooms, apartments, etc.)
  • Device (wireless nurse call, elopement, etc.)
  • Staff members
