Full Suite of High-Level and In-Depth Reports
Each ReZcare system installed can generate event summary reports for management use.
ReZcare Reports, however, is an optional software module available for providers seeking more in-depth views of the system operation history. ReZcare Reports also has a scheduling feature, so reports generated can be scheduled for automatic delivery via email to management staff.
In addition to scheduled reports, ad-hoc reports can be run for “what happened at 3 p.m. yesterday” scenarios. To simplify the setup and management of reports, groups can be created to organize rooms/locations. For example, all of the rooms on a wing can be organized into the “East Wing” group for reporting purposed.

This can be used to illustrate the activity volume for a specific resident.
Most adhoc reports can be filtered by these criteria:

All of the above management reports can be scheduled to run daily, weekly or monthly and delivered at any time of day to an unlimited number of recipients. Reports are delivered as PDF Files. The scheduled reports are commonly used by the management team to monitor call volume and response times to assure that there is adequate staff coverage for the facility.
