Each detector can be integrated into your ReZcare system, ensuring staff will receive timely notification of alarms. ReZcare monitors each device for proper functioning. If it doesn’t check in with the system every sixty minutes, a low supervision alert is sent to staff. This typically indicates a low battery which can be addressed quickly.
Water Detector

Standing water anywhere in your community creates a hazard. Overflowing sinks and toilets can often be the culprit. Other areas around your physical plant where water can accumulate include mechanical rooms, laundry rooms and the kitchen. Water can accumulate under leaking appliances or around plumbing. Regardless of the source, excess water on the floor can result in costly damage or worse, resident injury due to a fall.
Temperature Detector
Provides early warning when proper temperatures are not being maintained.
There are several locations in senior living communities or skilled nursing facilities where maintaining the proper temperature is essential for resident safety.
Food storage areas and mechanical rooms are two key areas with obvious consequences should proper temperature not be maintained. Frozen pipes that can result from improper heating are another. Temperature detecting sensors from Inovonics are pre-set but can be customized according to the proper temperature range for the location you are monitoring.
Smoke Detector
ReZcare monitors wireless alarms and delivers prompt notification to staff
Smoke detectors alert staff when there is a smoke/fire emergency in the building. The detector is equipped with an onboard sounder as well as an LED indicator. Each smoke detector that is part of your integrated ReZcare system checks in with the system every 60 minutes. If any smoke detector doesn’t check in on schedule, ReZcare immediately sends a notification to staff on their hand-held device. These are often low battery alerts which can be resolved quickly.
